Jessie Armstead was inducted into the GFL Hall of Fame in 2005.  He was an Ass during his best seasons.

Though Armstead finished his career ranked only 20th in points among LBs, he was one of the league's best LBs during the 1996-1999 period.  Over that timespan, he had the 5th-best point total and 5th-most tackles among LBs.

Armstead enters the Hall with fellow Ass, Eddie George.  The two won a Gregory Cup in 1996.
