William Thomas was inducted into the GFL Hall of Fame in 2002. Thomas had an 11-year career, playing most of it for the Los Angeles/St Louis Storm.
Thomas made 4 all-pro teams and ranks 13th in all-time points for a LB. During the years 1995-1997 he ranked 5th in points among LBs. His 20 INTs rank him #1 all-time among LBs. He was extremely consistent if not spectacular.
As a member of the Storm much of his career, Thomas experienced little team success. He came closest to the Gregory Cup in 2000 as a member of the Baboons coming in 3rd in the playoffs.
