The GFL Hall of Fame is a tribute to the best players to ever play in our league. Players who score 30,200 or more career points (shown in bold) are automatically enshrined when they retire.a,b Players who score 2,500 points in three different seasons are voted on by the league owners at the end of their careers. Those who were voted in unanimously are shown in italics.
a - The breakpoint for automatic enshrinement used to be an even 30,000 points, but was raised to the current level after Vinny Testaverde crossed the 30,000-point mark and no one wanted to let him in the Hall. Thus, the current automatic enshrinement barrier is sometimes referred to as the "Testaverde Line."
b - Because the NFL has become more passing-oriented compared to back when the Hall of Fame was established, the threshold for QBs to be automatically enshrined has been raised to 50,000 career points.
